We're taking a break from fashion this month to talk about something far more important: happiness.

I turn forty-six years old in a few days. Honestly, there was a time I thought I'd never see this birthday.

Today?

I've completed my journey to womanhood...and I'm smiling often. I have dear friends & loved ones plus an incredible child that blesses my life. I enjoy decent health and although I'll never be a knock-out beauty, I now hold my own against women of similar age. I remain passionate about my art collection & other interests: all continue to enrich my existence. I've even reignited my entrepreneurial drive & am launching an exciting new company later this year.

The bottom line?

If you're on a similar path in life & sometimes wonder if you'll ever find solace? Don't quit...your smile might be just around the next corner.
